For me, i would go with something that's as maximumly enjoyable as possible. I know a lot of people who are lifelong, you know, kind of in between struggle with their weight. For me, it's the more you can make it fun and honestly with other people. If you don't like going to zumba class, then find something that really, really is exciting you. And if you can't do it for every day for five years, maybe it's time to choose a different activity.
