The Next Evolution of Transparency

In order to have this radical truthfulness and radical transparency, everything that i did pretty much was a recorded. And then what i do as as i would make decisions, i would write down my criteria for making the decision. Anything was not personal, like, yo, have a family problem or somethingwhen i con talk about anything that's proprietary, we wouldn't talk about but pretty much, any but thing was ah, so that anybody could see. Because that builds the trust. If you want to havea transparency helps a lot, because people get to see things for itself. So part of that is to write that down and understand each other.
