After a little chat about actress Suzanne Pleshette and the rich neighborhoods and huge homes in Los Angeles, Anna tells about her experience at the KeHE Food show. (6:30) Anna talks about what she noticed appearing from food vendors. Grain-free, plant-based, and no sugar added are key points. The problem is that so many of them are snacks and sweet treats! They also discuss doing your own research on health info and don't just settle for a quick Google search. Vinnie talks about wanting to get into sculling and reminds us that the best exercise is the one you are going to do.
