The Importance of Allah's Hadith
The hadith clearly says that the Islamic government will have to take this matter into their own hands. The Prophet said, Manwajat, Tumuhu, anyone you find is doing the action of the people of the Lord. If someone's doing homosexual activities at home and is hiding it, no one's going to investigate and look for them,. So, allowed to understand? No, the action is not allowed in any way, shape or form. We're talking about the consequence of that action. And if they want to do it behind closed doors, and they're hiding it from the community, that saves them from any punishment.
