If your goal is to stay in zone two the entire time and it has that little sort of like pin prick feeling in your legs, you're feeling the fatigue. I would dial it back a little bit and just continue to pedal. You'll grow from that experience still, but just don't be gritting your teeth every ride to be hitting 75%. And then what is making the hard hard? It means being rested enough that you can go hard.
