The RICO Act and the Date of the Indictment
Two pages posted the court website and then removed. The document mentioned Judge Carne sale, who would be hearing an indictment in open court if a grand jury presents a true bill. Georgia has a very specific statute conspiracy to commit or attempt to commit election fraud. That is not on those two pages. But interestingly, that was the day the Trump campaign sued Georgia over the ballot sorting.
