How Much Do You Need to Consult a CFP?

How frequently does somebody need a consult with a CFP? If you find a good financial planner that you pay them for one or two hours of their time and man, you get some good information, I would do it every year. It's just kind of the risk of not knowing what you don't know is what you're giving up when you don't meet with someone in full transparency. But if you're looking for a good deep dive where someone's reviewing your W2, your tax return, your whole life insurance policy that you got sold 10 years ago - that amount of money is really going to be worth it.
