Is There a Fake Artwork?
Fakes are very interesting because of the staggering figures on just how many paintings on display in museums around the world. And I think there's something really remarkable about the fake artist because he knows he will never get credit. He or she is displaying a comparable level of skill, maybe not in originality. But these are characters that just either were never known or just completely disappear into obscurity.
