The Problem With Quality of Life Analysis
I think patients often may overestimate the potential upsides and benefits of our therapy. So we're in a catch 22 there. We underestimate the harms. Patients are overestimating the benefits. I think this probably drives a lot of care that at the end of the day may not be in keeping with the patient's best interests or their own values and preferences. And so those are, you know, some tricky things.
