Alex, I generally don't use the retirement word. But it's the same questions I just say financial independence. When do you want to be financially independent? They're like, oh my gosh, that would be amazing. Business owners can't who in their mind retirement is sitting in a rocking chair and they can't imagine themselves doing this goes back to using terminology that they resonate with. And so get all of these things pick such a difference.
