Introduction
Supreme Court of the United States struck down affirmative action, racial discrimination in college admissions. Case was students for fair admissions incorporated versus President and Fellows of Harvard College. The court ruled 6 to 3 that race-based admissions programs at Harvard and UNC violate the 14th Amendment.
