The former president of the U.S. is refusing to co-operate with an investigation into possible Russian involvement in last year's election. Charles Garcia says he doesn't think anyone expected jim jordan to cooperate after his membership was rejected by the committee. He also argues that President bidan has taken on a new, more partisan tone this mid term elections. The Republican leader may want to pull back from where we are right now and focus on what actually happened at the ballot box, Garcetti said.
