The Importance of Vaccination in the Prevention of Impocks
Federal health officials are warning that the nationwide outbreak of impocks, previously known as monkeypox, is far from over. The warning comes as a cluster of new cases have emerged in Chicago. Only 23 percent of the 1.6 million Americans considered at high risk have been vaccinated. More than 30,000 people in the U.S. have already contracted the disease.
