Jack Smith: Bob Mueller in a lot of the fact patterns that he was thinking of as obstruction, there were plausible arguments that these are actually traditional exercises of executive authority. Whereas here the president really doesn't have any role in muster like under the constitution and mustering fake electors or pressuring the vice president to count votes. And so I think it's much more attenuated from actualtraditional exercises of executive power.
