CNN's Richard Quest takes a look at where the center of Turkey is. President Erdogan was reelected on Sunday, but most enthusiastic congratulations came from Vladimir Putin and Viktor Orban. "So long as Erdogan is in charge, we've got this problem within NATO," Quest says.
