I always feel like there's the toughest thing for, for a civil rights lawyer, which is what that case was. How do you quantify it? I mean, as life is worth 5 million of that life is worth 7 million. You kind of have to quantify it. And but that's that's the world of qualified immunity. The guy says 22 seconds, the guy wasn't doing anything illegal against shot and kill. And they gave qualified immunity. That was qualified immunity. There's zero dime, dime, none. Supreme Court ordered further briefing, but just denied certiori.
