San Francisco's Subsidized Housing Programs

This isn't a new problem. Is basically since san francisco's been utilizing these buildings as support of housing. And and in our reporting, we found they've existed primarily because the city has set the really ambitious and noble goal of housing as many people as they can. But in doing so, they have really undercut and under funded some of these programmes. So you're sacrificing quality for quantity. I mean, some of these conditions are really terrible. Broken elevators, which left people stranded in their rooms. Rodants mould, no power, no heat. There's a long list.
