You're Not Doing It on Purpose

A lot of researchers are taught to do that. You're almost reinforced in the p t literature to design a study that shows that what you do works. And, yea, you create this study that's just destined to show that, yeor your treatment is better than thi one we normally use. It's flawed ology. We need to re aline those incentives for the patient to actually get better. Again, that gets into the psychology of it, ind the complexity of what these systems look like.
