Can We Claim Racism?

Footballs an aritocracy, you know. One guy i can think of that comes to my mind is tony dungey. He was one of the youngest coordinators, first black coach to win his super bowl. It's because you're picked on the basis of your merit. Who's going to be the best people at those positions that's going to give the team the best chance to win? That's what it actually is.
