There is a lot of people who bought houses in the last few years on fixed rates, took out a fixed rate loan for two or three years and they're going to get a nasty surprise. House prices have continued to rise and are kind of being taken out of people's affordability bracket, if you like. And I think as you say yourself, common sense is now people are pulling in their horns. The economy that we're all living in, I think, is not the one that grew by 12% last year. People aren't spending as much. Consumers are nervous. There's going to be a lot of waiting and seeing how things pan out.
