I Don't Deny That a Black Nurse Walked In
I think it is good in my profession, though, because we've created a world where the guy doesn't feel comfortable unless he's talking to a black cop who is black. And this notion of like, these people will only talk to or listen to, that's essentially what's at its core. I don't deny that a black patient might feel some level of comfort when a black nurse walked in. We got it a to get ridd of that if we need to dress differently and their plan is hire more black nurses. My thing is to hire good nurses, and let's get the fuck on with it.
