How to Regulate Influencers
I think it'll work a very similar way to how it does in Australia in terms of the advertising code. In Australia, influencers are held to a certain set of standards. And if an influencer is doing the wrong thing, you can report them. So I would assume that this new law within France would work on a sort of vigilante type situation where it would be people reporting influencers for doing the wrong things and then they'd have to be investigated. The laws around social media and Facebook are created by people who don't understand the platforms themselves or probably don't understand users using them too.
