CNN's John Defterios talks to Dr. Sally Kohn about her life and work with terminally ill patients. She says she was disgusted by a doctor who said, "Send her to the palliative dustbin" But that attitude is less prevalent now because doctors have to be human beings, she says. And there are still attitudes like that in the medical profession - but things are getting better as they learn more of what it means to care for people at their most vulnerable time.
