Are Ukrainians Going to Have to Live With the Threat of Missiles?

CNN's John Sutter asks how Ukraine will respond to missiles flying from the sky. He says Putin and General Armageddon are going to get more vicious by hitting back at civilian population because they can't win on the battlefield.
