The Concept of Balance in Organizational Design
The Mondragon experiment came out of the Spanish Civil War and the early 50s. It started with a workers' cooperative and then it built on from there. The concept of balance is probably the central concept of organizational design. So concretely what this means, you know, it's just not just a vague philosophical idea.
