Is Cassandra Victim of Human Trafficking?
Cassandra Sinclair was arrested during a traffic stop for possession of drugs and carrying a concealed weapon in 1997. Police say they now would guess the drugs and firearm were actually Sinclair's but he handed them off to Cassandra last minute so she would take the fall. Detectives heard that shortly before she disappeared, Cassandra got into a relationship with a new man who we've been asked to call Larry. Since Sinclair didn't want to talk with police anymore, investigators wanted to find Larry and have a chat with him not only to address the rumors, but also to see if maybe he was a potential person of interest.
