There aren't a lot of countries that have the strategic flexibility to do anything else. The big ploughers, especially germany and france, are big enough to think from themselves. So you get this builtan di acodomy of these small countries who can't look for themes out for themselves. And so what we're gin to be seen is kind of franco centric western europe that'll emerge out of this germo centric central europe which has to deal with the russians.
