Brandon Fox: The most likely points of tripping up either Jack Smith's offices, prosecution or prosecutions are going to be discovery and can you actually get 12 jurors anywhere to agree on a verdict? So we may never, we'll have to see, we may never get a verdict in any of these cases given how politically charged everybody is right now. But I believe that the prosecutors think that he violated the law many times over and that he needs to be held accountable. If you're not going to prosecute Mr. Trump for the facts that are out there right now, there would be, that people would believe that there are two systems of justice.
