Small Wineries Aren't Having Fulfillment Houses, Right?

Most wineries use a fulfilment house, which is essentially a warehouse. They send their wine to this warehouse when they get an order from elizabeth schneider. Fulfilment houses don't do any business with those states. But the uniform law commission wants them to be licensed by that state. This would make it easier for retailers and small wineries to punish each other. It's certainly bigets, unconstitutional, and i'm sure it will be challenged if this draft legislation is put in place by any states.
