As a kid, my parents view Ukrainian with me and then I spent some time in the UK. When I came back and started Ukrainian school, I knew Ukrainian and English. Using Russian, I did sound weird and I got teased a lot for being mostly Ukrainian speaking. It's very weird because I want to have very sort of prestigious school in Kiev - named after one of the most prominent Ukrainian poets.
