Walmart Announces Fusion Platform for Electronic Shelf Labels
Walmart is deploying the fusion platform from partner SES and MAGOTAG within US stores as part of its digital shelf strategy. The first phase will include 500 stores over the next year and a half for a total of 60 million digital shelf labels. This marks a huge inflection point for the adoption of ESL's electronic shelf labels, which we expect to become more prevalent in the next one to two years.
