A board of supervisors decided that we don't want cops with guns on trains, because the passengers are scared of cops. So they created their own qort to handles these infractions, which basically the trainsiet just roll hem up, thrown back at the security guard and laugh, nothing happens. Now the homeless sleep 24 seven on the trainso we've created a mobile homely shelter at taxpayers expense. And it's no longer really a true transit system to get people from point aih to point b.
