For 18T, it's almost the definition of kind of sleepy telecom, right? Not this week, obviously. But pick a company that has a longer lasting franchise where I would say I just blame the CEO just listening to too many investment bankers have screwed up every acquisition since they got into cell phones. So yeah, apparently this was already litigation. The environmentalists are banging on the telecoms because there's lead pipes in the ground.
