Colin and April had a passion for commercial real estate, but their desire to serve God compelled them to go into full time ministry. Colin began compiling all of the ideas God had given them while at Carons and developed them into a business plan. The basic idea was to create a niche in the market of commercial real estate that focuses on representing clients in the industry of health care.
