Cryoablation for T1A Lesions Less Than 4 Centimeter

For T1A lesions less than 4 centimeter, definitely ablation works much better. You can push the surrounding structures with gas, air CO2 or D5W. But we're also doing T1B as well. There's several publications also that added this indication. And overall survival has shown to be similar between cryo ablation and partial refractomy.
