Exempt Dividends From the Corporate Tax

I was actually advocating I had written some papers on when I began to look at dividends um and I was actually in congressional testimony when president Bush first developed that break for dividends. right now is you know corporations can subtract all the interest on their debt to corporate but they don't do it on corporation so why do they double tax the dividend? "It's a cost like interest right and it's interest is my level why yeah"
