Is the National Privacy Law a Good Idea?
i think we are still in that world where disclosure is seen as less first amendment threatening than other kinds of regulation. There's a lot of appetite for regulating thee ability of the platforms to offer my car targaning. I actually think that taxing of advertising revenue is something that has not been explored enough, but that doesn't solve some of the content moderation problems. And then there's the content specific changes that people want to make to deal with kids, or to deal with hate speech and the like. Those are the ones that are most likely to constitutional challenge.
