I was on the skydiving team. I was going up to the wind tunnel twice a week. So my Bible reading fell away. My time, not so much time at church, but commitment to the church body really fell away. It's interesting because zero to one Peter Thiel talks about this. He said every great company, every great organization always borders on cultish. There is something about being in a group of people committed to the same mission where it inspires you and fills you with passion.
