I've Got Melatonin Gums as Well.
The optimum dose of melatonin is one milligram. You can, yeah, I imported some. It's legal to own everything. But yeah, it's not controlled substances. It's just strange why in the UK they don't have it. So I got some brought over from Canada that I've been using some sublingual ones that dissolve under the tongue. And then moved on to the melatonin gums after that. One of the problems is that because they're kind of like just chewy sweets, they taste really good. The temptation to overshoot is massive.
