How Important Is Your Company Culture?

When you're looking to bring on new projects into the portfolio how important is that um the company culture to be paying attention to from a bigger company. I realized each of us has to become a profit center not a cost center and so then try to build that culture in the business whether it's an accounting group, health and safety or your production team. You know as companies get bigger and then you get bigger and bigger they create processes and layers and layers of management which can lead to mistakes being made. So we have to make sure we don't make mistakes or to makesure we make the decisions at no time do you sit there and think well it's just me only stick one hand out
