Do You Think DHS Is Seated With the Mission of Dealing With Domestic Political Terrorism?

The first impulse after a tragedy like this, or a natural disaster, is for the President or even the Secretary of DHS to go there. That was not part of the thinking in 2003 when it was created. The task of dealing with domestic-based terrorism has fallen largely to the FBI. It's never too late in my experience for a President. And this President in particular knows how to do this.
