How to Grow Your Own Vegetables in the Winter

Seattle is in a, I think it's zone 8B. It's coastal, not too far from the Puget Sound or from the ocean. So we don't get as harsh or as many frost dates. We grow kale, brussel sprouts, carrots, green onions, spinach and Swiss chard throughout the winter. And so you can definitely still grow some good vegetables.
