The Constitution Has a Hiccup
The Supreme Court said that you have to defer to what they call a rational basis, which is the lowest level of constitutional scrutiny. All based on a case that I believe is 118 years old called Jacobson where a guy didn't want to get a vaccination had to pay a $5 fine. And so, so that is astonishing. They're not trained in any way to make those sorts of decisions that they made. They were wrong. It's clearly the intoxication of it.
