The last 18 months have been the slowest initial public offering market really since a great financial crisis. We're starting to see more companies confidentially file or make the indications that they're preparing for an IPO. I think it's certainly encouraging and there's a lot of pent up demand both foreign liquidity from early employees and shareholders, Breanne says.
