What's the Best All in Title Number?

All I'm looking at is how many other pages on the internet have the same all in title. If it's below 200, if I know that there is 50 people a month searching for a particular thing, and the all in title is like, you know, there's maybe 100 pages,. say 20 pages on the whole internet about that, and I know my odds of being on the front page are really good. It depends because sometimes I'll combine two keywords, I give myself better odds that way. But usually I try and stay under 1000 and if I can, I stay under 200.
