Paul's Guideline for Church Leadership

Scholars believe Paul wasn't just trying to write a general guideline of rules for leadership, but rather he was addressing specific concerns raised by the behavior of those already in leadership. And apparently this poor behavior had been done with enough frequency that it necessitated an intervention and it hadn't bad enough that we're still reading about it 2,000 years later.
