Leadership is about being clear what you're trying to achieve. I talk about am clear, and compelling purpose and then connecting people with that purpose,. That's the role of the leader. If things are wrong, if things aren't working well, and there's a better state that we want to achieve, we need leadership. And th u k understand. You were ceaver of 100 % parent at taer. Very muchs how old are they to day? Amd, 17 and 14. Ah, why is leadership so important post covid, with all the changes to work place? Why is it more important than ever? O, and we need great leadership.
