They explore the vital shift from traditional, transactional management to a transformational coaching style, a change Jo argues is essential for the high-pressure world of healthcare. Jo breaks down her 7-step framework for building a coaching culture, discussing how empathy, curiosity, and psychological safety can combat burnout, improve staff retention, and ultimately lead to better patient care.
