The Importance of a Bell Rating for Your Site

Before you purchase a site, I would definitely look at the zoning of what it's going to be and what's permissible in that area. You can go from bell low, so very low, no constraints at all, to flame zone which then would impact your build, the construction costs significantly. That all has asset protection zones around it that you need to maintain as well. And councils change their bylaws, don't they? They do. Yeah, so legislation changes all the time and that's why you need to keep up to date.
