I'm Torn, Natalie and Brelia

I've been doing a lot of studying into what other newer or successful YouTubers are doing and the style that they're going after. And I'm torn because their focus is on every like one video every so often that gets the maximum amount of views, but those videos may not be long burn videos that keep people coming back for more. So it's like a trade off. Do you trade change the way that you've been doing things in favor of more views? More views for us would mean more more sales, I would think.
